    IFRT_PROJECT_SYSTEM

    Welcome to IFRT_PROJECT_SYSTEM!

    欢迎使用 IFRT_PROJECT_SYSTEM，本系统仅供IFRT小组内科研项目管理使用！

    一、日常使用

    请每个项目负责人（Project admin），每周至少更新一次项目进展（包括企业项目和学术研究项目），具体形式：

    1. 在每个Project下分的Task的Activity中文字说明进展，并附上相应文件（文件以PDF文档为主，单个文件不要超过5M）。
    2. 更新每个Task的Status，是In progress（正常推进）、On hold （停滞）还是Closed（关闭）状态。
    3. 即便没有进展的工作，也注明没进展原因以及下周和后面的计划安排，以便养成凡事按照计划推进的习惯。

    二、重要节点

    重要资料及时备案，具体形式：

    1. 重要的阶段性资料，包括并不限于合同、开题报告、中期报告、结题报告/会议报告、计算代码程序、企业调研数据等及时上传到小组内部共享网盘中，共享网盘地址：https://pan.tencent.com/login
    2. 论文正式发表后，及时更新到论文发表清单中：https://kejiangli.com/publications/
